The following are basic contest rules applying to any and all contests run on WJHT-FM & WWOT-FM. Each contest may have its own special qualifications and eligibility rules in which case a separate list of rules will be available for public inspection.
- Only one (1) prize will be awarded per family and/or household during each specific contest.
- You may only win one (1) prize every thirty (30) days.
WJHT-FM & WWOT-FM reserves the right to extend the thirty (30) day rule to the length of a specific contest.
- Prizes are non-transferable, no substitutions are permitted.
- Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes in conjunction with any prize won on WJHT-FM & WWOT-FM. Any and all federal, state, and local tax laws apply to contests. Winners may be required to complete a W-9 for tax purposes.
- Prizes are offered as is with no written or express warranty.
- Winners may be required to sign a release form agreeing to release and hold harmless WJHT-FM & WWOT-FM, Forever Broadcasting, its officers, directors, employees, sponsors, partners, agents, assigns, and affiliated companies from attorney’s fee, as a result of participation in the contest and/or use of the prize.
- Any additional costs related to prize that incurred as a result of accepting a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Contest winners must be 18 years or older unless otherwise specified. WJHT-FM & WWOT-FM reserves the right to change the age limit for specific contests. Including prizes that contain alcohol, winners must be 21 or older with proper photo identification.
- WJHT-FM & WWOT-FM is not responsible For delivery of prize to winner.
- WJHT-FM & WWOT-FM may not be held responsible for any technical or mail difficulties. For example, phones that result in a potential winner being disconnected on studio lines, or mail lost by the post office.
- Employees of Forever Broadcasting, WJHT-FM & WWOT-FM, its clients, or associated agencies, vendors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
- Void where prohibited.
- Calling WJHT-FM & WWOT-FM or entering any contest on the station’s website (www.hot92and100.com) constitutes prior permission to use your name, character, photograph, voice, and likeness in conjunction with promotion of any and all contests on WJHT-FM & WWOT-FM and waives any claim or royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
- WJTH-FM & WWOT-FM reserves the right to supplement or change contest rules at any time.
- The resale or auction of WJHT-FM & WWOT-FM complimentary prizes or tickets will result in the disqualification of all future WJHT-FM & WWOT-FM contests.
- All decisions of WJHT-FM & WWOT-FM are final and binding.
- Many prizes given away on WJHT-FM & WWOT-FM are courtesy of station advertiser, and concert promoters. WJHT-FM & WWOT-FM will not be responsible for prizes that become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as show cancellations.
- WJHT-FM & WWOT-FM cannot replace lost or stolen prizes.
- Copies of the written contest rules are available during regular business hours 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, at our studios, 109 Plaza Drive, Johnstown, PA 15905.
